Welcome to Palpac Industries’ MONUMENT SIGNS, WALLS, SURROUNDS & COLUMNS division. Having served the packaging industry as a molder of expanded polystyrene (EPS) since 1968, our inclusion of these new areas into our business allows us to economically manufacture our products, eliminate the “middleman” and pass the savings directly to our wholesale customers. 

Most of our competitors must purchase their EPS from another source and wire-cut blocks of foam into signs. Palpac IS a molder of EPS and has many options as to the construction of our products. Many of our MONUMENT SIGNS and WALLS use an insulated concrete form (ICF) as the primary building block. This has many advantages, among which are a weight reduction for most projects, a Lok-Blocks like “inter-locking” component that permits economical expandability, a hollow interior - great for electrical and ventilation chases and if additional mass is required that same cavity can be filled with sand, gravel or rebarred concrete if desired!

Our MONUMENT SIGNS, COLUMNS, SURROUNDS & WALLS are all made in our Ottawa, Ohio plant. That facility is centrally located in the western part of the state, permitting us to easily ship.
