1. What are these signs
made of?
Signs made at Palpac are made
out of Expanded Polystyrene. A light weight material
typically used in packaging. The signs are then coated with
a two part Polyurethane (Polyarmor) to make then strong.
The final coat is a texture coat that gives the signs a
stucco look.
2. How are the signs
installed?
The majority of our signs are
installed with 4” by 4” wooden posts or aluminum posts.
3. Can we make a
complete sign, ready to install, with the lettering and
artwork … how about color?
We can produce a sign with
raised or recessed lettering and artwork. Choose any color
on the Masterwall color chart!
4. What is the
warranty on a Palpac Sign?
Subject to the limitations
and exclusions enumerated below, Palpac Industries, Inc.
warrants that our products will be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of five years. Palpac
Industries’ sole obligation under this warranty is to repair
or replace, at Palpac’s option, defective products.
- Excluded from the
five-year warranty are the following:
- Products used for
purposes for which they were not designed or intended
- Unauthorized repairs or
alterations that are performed without Palpac’s
written consent
- Products that have been
vandalized, abused, misused, neglected or befallen an
accident
- Products that have been
improperly installed
- Costs and expensed that
are not covered by the provisions of the limited
warranty are as follows:
- Labor and expenses
incurred for the removal and reinstallation of
products
- Normal product
maintenance
- The provisions in
this limited warranty are not applicable to anything
other than defects in materials or workmanship.
