Palpac Industries' 5 year Limited Guarantee

Subject to the limitations and exclusions enumerated below, Palpac Industries, Inc. warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years. Palpac Industries' sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace, at its option, defective products.

Excluded from the five-year warranty are the following:

* Products used for purposes for which they were not designed or intended
* Unauthorized repairs or alterations that are performed without Palpac's written consent
* Products that have been vandalized, abused, misused, neglected orbefallen an accident
* Products that have been improperly installed

Costs and expensed that are not covered by the provisions of the limited warranty are as follows:

* Labor and expenses incurred for the removal and reinstallation of products
* Normal product maintenance

The provisions in this limited warranty are not applicable to anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.
